Hollywood Studios (one Tier 1, two Tier 2): One person in our group accidentally scanned theirs not realizing Big Thunder Mountain was down but still had no problems getting onto the Jungle Cruise. One more thing – even if you scan your ticket when the ride is broken down, it will not count. We walked right on and had no issues scanning our ticket for Fastpass+. (2) Choose another ride from the provided list (given in the email) and use our Fastpass+ there – we didn’t need to reserve anything, it just automatically opened our Fastpass+ so we could scan it at any listed ride.įor us, Big Thunder Mountain was temporarily closed during our Fastpass+ time and the park was getting close to closing so we decided to use our Fastpass+ on the Jungle Cruise.
